Shipping & payment
How we deliver and which payments we accept under the Terms.
The Czech Terms & conditions are legally binding.
Payment
The Buyer may pay the purchase price and delivery costs by methods offered at checkout: bank transfer to the Seller’s account (including QR instructions), or cash on delivery. We do not offer card payment gateways.
Together with the purchase price the Buyer must pay packing and delivery costs in the agreed amount.
For cashless payment the price is due within 7 days of contract formation. Payment is fulfilled when credited to the Seller’s account.
Shipping
Goods are delivered to the address in the order via contracted carriers (e.g. Packeta, DPD, PPL, Czech Post).
The Buyer must take delivery. Risk of damage passes on receipt.
On receipt from the carrier check packaging integrity and report damage to the carrier without delay.
If redelivery or a different method is needed for reasons on the Buyer’s side, the Buyer bears the related costs.
