I. General provisions

This Claims Policy governs how rights arising from defective performance (claims) are exercised against EIGHTYSIX FORGE s.r.o. (Company ID: 29848369) under the Czech Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act. The GR8LI6HT store operates at https://gr8li6ht.com.

II. Defective performance and warranty

The seller warrants to the consumer that the goods are free from defects on receipt.

A defect that appears within one year of receipt is presumed to have existed on receipt.

The statutory period for consumers to assert rights from defects is 24 months from receipt.

Products designed for motorsport / off-road use are covered for construction and material defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear, crash damage, or defects caused by improper installation contrary to the included guide.

III. How to file a claim

File a claim by delivering the goods to: EIGHTYSIX FORGE s.r.o., Poznaňská 2451/12, Žabovřesky, 616 00 Brno, Czech Republic, or by email to info@gr8li6ht.com.

Include proof of purchase (invoice) and a precise description of the defect.

IV. Handling claims

The seller issues a written confirmation of the claim (claims protocol).

Claims, including defect remedy, must be resolved within 30 days of filing unless a longer period is agreed.

After the 30-day period the consumer may withdraw from the contract or request a reasonable discount.

14-day withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Details are in Article VI of the Terms & conditions. You may use the sample withdrawal form.
